About

All Things Psychology

We make psychology accessible. Whether you’re a student, a practitioner, or simply curious, our goal is to translate research into practical tools, clear explanations and useful exercises that help you understand yourself and others.

Founded in 2025 with an evidence-led, practical mindset — we create tests, articles, and tools that make psychology usable.

Our approach is focused on clarity, depth, and empowering everyday mental wellbeing.

Our Philosophy

Knowledge should empower not overwhelm. All Things Psychology is built on scientific insight and human-centred design: we translate research into clear, usable guidance so people can act on what they learn. We value accuracy, inclusivity and practical relevance.

Our Founder

Tom is the founder of All Things Psychology and is driven by its power to open up what, for some, often feels like a hard and difficult world.

He has always loved to ask that “why” question, worked in the NHS and overall remains indebted to the field for what it has given him.

He hopes this platform provides the high quality, reliable and accessible information he was looking for back when he first became interested in the field.
